Everyone’s path is different and you can count on us to give you clear information about what’s available so that you can choose the product that’s right for you. Our Website Terms and Conditions
Let’s start by talking about our website. Firstly, the information, service and products on our site are intended for use by people who live in the UK so if you’ve found us and live elsewhere, we’re sorry but we can’t help you.
Our site is designed to be accessed through our principal product home pages leading to other pages which may be of interest to you. If you land on our site through individual pages directly, you might not see important information which is relevant to give you a full understanding of our products and services. It’s important that you view our pages which describe our products and services in detail as they’ll give you legal or regulatory information and should be read in conjunction with the relevant site pages.
We’ve taken care to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on our site but we give no warranty and make no representation regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content of this website. That means that we won’t accept liability for any losses or damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or otherwise) arising out of errors or omissions contained in this website. We do our best to make sure that the site is always available for you to view on an uninterrupted basis, but if the site goes down or is unavailable for any reason, we won’t accept liability for any resultant losses or damages. And we won’t accept in respect of losses or damages arising out of changes made to the content by unauthorised third parties. Access to and use of this website is at your own risk and we don’t warrant that the use of this website or any material downloaded from it will not cause damage to any property, including but not limited to loss of data or computer virus infection.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our duties and liabilities under any applicable legislation or any conduct of business rules which we are bound to comply with. Further, nothing in these terms and conditions shall attempt to exclude liability for death or personal injury or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
This website contains links to other sites which are hosted and maintained by third parties and we have no control over the content or security of any such site. If you link to such sites you do so at your own risk, we make no representations regarding their content and we can’t be liable for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of such third-party websites.
Pricing
We’ll always try to ensure that the pricing information on our website is accurate, but sometimes an error may occur or pricing changes, and vehicle pricing, finance examples and other goods and services may be mispriced or misrepresented. If we discover an error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask you if you wish to cancel or continue with the order at the amended price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We won’t be obliged to supply vehicles or other goods and services at the incorrect price.
If we have a promotion on a vehicle or a service, they may only be valid for the specified period or may be subject to availability. We do reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, finance figures, goods, services and the specifications of vehicles and other goods on the website at our discretion at any time before (and after) we accept your order.
All prices on our website are in UK Pounds Sterling and will usually include delivery to an address on the UK mainland. Sometimes it may be necessary for us to levy an additional charge for deliveries in excess of a certain mileage from the dealer who is supplying the vehicle. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know before you proceed with an order. The pricing displayed on our site is exclusive of vat for business customers and inclusive of vat for private individuals.
Specification and Images of Vehicles
We use an independent industry leading data provider to supply information about the specification of vehicles displayed on our website. Whilst every effort is made to verify and ensure the accuracy of the information that they provide, it should only be used as a guide.
When thinking about your journeys, our site and those of the vehicle manufacturers will show miles per gallon for petrol and diesel vehicles or miles per full charge for electric vehicles according to the WLTP test results. The WLTP test range is not the same as you’d expect in real world driving so you should bear in mind that it’s more than likely to be less. If range is important to you please make sure that you investigate how this is impacted especially by the trips that you do, weather conditions and your driving style.
The images that we use on our site of the vehicle, model, derivative and accessories are for illustration only and may not be exact. Exterior and interior colours look different in the flesh so are an indication only. It’s important to check this independently to satisfy yourself before placing an order.
Finance Quotations
We will supply you with a quotation which is based on the information and from our panel of finance providers which include the supply of the vehicle plus any relevant taxes and vat and the funder’s cost of funds at that time. It’s important to note that if you proceed with a finance proposal, the funder does have the right to decline the application or to change the quotation. Following acceptance of a proposal, the funder retains the right to withdraw their offer of finance and/or may increase the cost of the finance due to changes in the cost of funds or for the supply of the vehicle.
Vehicle Supply Quotations
When we supply you with a quotation it’s based on the manufacturer’s retail pricing including any optional extras or accessories, delivery charge, value-added tax, road fund licence and first registration fee as confirmed by our vehicle supplier at that time. Prices may increase from the point of confirmed order to the point of delivery. We can’t be held responsible for any change in price but we will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs and provide you with a revised quote. We’ll always give you the option to proceed or to look for something else.
Our Remuneration
Providing our service costs money and we’re not shy in saying that obviously we do need to cover our costs and make a profit so that we can look after our amazing people who in turn can look after you amazingly! If you decide to use our services and embark on a Jurni with us by entering into an agreement with one of our funding partners and/or with one of our ancillary product providers, we’ll receive a commission for introducing you to them. This is our main source of income. Our commission is based on the amount of work that we do to and the support that we give you throughout the term of your agreement. We’ll always offer you fair value for the service and outcome that you receive because we appreciate you being a Jurni customer and we know that can choose to go elsewhere!
You may be able to ask us for information about the commission that we will or are likely to receive and further information can be found in our Commission Disclosure Policy on our website.
Conflicts of Interest
If through exceptional circumstances we or any of our Directors or other customers has a material interest in the business you ask to be transacted for you, we’ll make you aware of the conflict of interest and we’ll obtain your consent before your instructions are carried out. A copy of our Conflicts of Interest Policy is available on request.

Complaints
We want happy customers! Putting you first is at the heart of our company’s culture and the key to our reputation and success. We aim to give you a trouble free Jurni and great levels of service and whilst we’ll always do our very best to achieve this, we’re human, we know that sometimes things do go wrong. So if we ask you if you’re happy and you don’t say ‘YAY!’, we want to do everything that we can to put this right and back on the tracks to a fabulous Jurni and of course, to take whatever steps we can to prevent it happening again. That’s why we take every complaint very seriously and we’ll do our utmost to deal with any issue quickly, effectively and in a positive manner. We always look to improve the level of service that we provide you with and a complaint may highlight an area that we can do better. Whilst no-one likes to receive complaints, we’ll always thank you for bringing something to our attention as your happiness is what makes us happy.
You can find our Complaints Procedure for Customers on our website.
Your Responsibilities
Whilst we’ll hold your hand through the Jurni you will need to take responsibility for your decisions and your actions. It’s important to remember:
Data Protection and Confidentiality
We’re registered under the Data Protection Regulations and abide by the requirements of the regulations. Your personal information will be used to enable us to provide you with the service that we provide and will only be shared with third parties including finance companies with your permission unless we’re required to disclose information by law. Please refer to the Privacy Policy on our website
Credit Searches
In order that a finance company and other service providers may assess your suitability for credit, they’ll make a search with a credit reference agency and this will leave a footprint on your credit file. If you are a company or partnership, they will also make enquiries about the director(s) or partners with a credit reference agency. Some funders and service providers may carry out searches periodically after finance approval including after the inception of an agreement if they supply a credit line. Full details of the use and disclosure of your information by the finance or service provider are contained within the terms and conditions of any agreement which you should read before signing. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on our website
Identity
We’re required to verify your identity to ensure that we ‘Know Your Customer’ and to comply with the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA) and the Money Laundering Regulations 2007. We’ll ask you to provide us with a copy of your driving licence, a recent and acceptable proof of address and we may ask you to also provide us with other documentation requested by the finance provider.
