Terms and Conditions

1. All draw entrants must accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. This prize draw is open to educational institutions in Great Britain including, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and universities. Employees of the Promoter "Jurni Limited", their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw are exempt from entering.
3. To be eligible to take part in the draw, all requested information in the Entry Form must be completed, and the form received by the Promoter before 23:59 on 30th Nov 2026.
4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. Entry is restricted to one per educational establishment. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
6. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at 2pm on 1st Dec 2026 by the Promoter and the winner will be notified as soon as is practically possible and before 5pm on the draw date. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, no cash or other alternative will be available and the Promoter reserves the right to undertake a re-draw and award the prize to an alternative entrant. Details of the winner will be published on our website on or before 4th Dec 2026.
7. One winning entrant will receive the use of a new or nearly new Lightweight 17-seater Minibus, supplied by the Promoter. The vehicle will be made available for a period of 365 days (the free hire period) from the date that the winner accepts delivery of the vehicle and is subject to a maximum mileage of 5,000 miles during the year of usage. The specific vehicle supplied, including its age, mileage and specification, will be at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter does not accept any liability for costs resulting from any delay in the availability or delivery of the vehicle.
8. The prize includes delivery, first registration fee (if applicable), number plates, and 12 months’ road fund licence. The Promoter will also cover the cost of basic signwriting (subject to reasonable cost, approved artwork, and excluding full vehicle wraps). Where a nearly new vehicle is supplied, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a vehicle that has previously been registered and/or used, provided it is supplied in a fully roadworthy and presentable condition.
9. The prize does not include fuel, consumables such as Ad-Blue, and servicing extra specifications beyond those that are standard for this model.
10. The winner is responsible for all congestion charges, toll charges, parking fees, fines or similar. In the event that any charge is not paid by the due date and the charge submitted to the Promoter as the owner of the vehicle, the Promoter will recharge, by invoice, the amount due and levy an administration charge of £30 + VAT which the winner undertakes to pay within 7 days of invoice.
11. The winner will be required to comprehensively insure the minibus and produce a valid insurance certificate before delivery and at any time as requested the Promoter during the period of usage. Should the winner be unable to obtain insurance, the use of the minibus will be forfeited and must be returned to the Promoter immediately. If the winner fails to comprehensively insure the vehicle during the period, the minibus must be returned to the Promoter immediately.
12. The vehicle must be kept roadworthy at all times and serviced and maintained in accordance to the manufacturer’s recommendations at an approved dealer. Jurni Limited will cover the cost of the maintenance agreement and safety inspections, however maintenance and replacement tyres are subject to fair wear and tear. Any items requiring repair or replacement which are not as a result of fair wear and tear or fall outside of the maintenance agreement will be the financial responsibility of the winner.
13. The vehicle mileage must not exceed 5,000 miles. Mileage over and above 5,000 miles will be charged at 20 pence plus VAT per mile. The Promoter will issue an invoice, if applicable, which the winner undertakes to pay within 7 days of invoice.
14. The vehicle may only be used in Great Britain and may not be taken overseas.
15. The vehicle may only be used in connection with the education sector and may not be used for any commercial purposes.
16. The vehicle may only be driven by an authorised employee of the winner who holds a valid driving licence.
17. If the winning organisation ceases to trade for any reason or the ownership of the winning organisation is transferred to another party, the minibus must be immediately returned to the Promoter.
18. The vehicle must be returned to the Promoter at the end of the free hire period in a suitable condition and in line with the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association’s Fair Wear and Tear Guide. If at the point of return the condition of the vehicle following inspection falls outside of the BVRLA’s Guide, if all items delivered with the vehicle are not returned or if the vehicle has not been serviced at the correct intervals or has not been properly maintained, the Promoter will issue an invoice to the winner in respect of or equivalent to the repair or reconditioning or replacement costs which the winner undertakes to pay within 7 days of invoice.
19. The winner will be required to participate in publicity with the Promoter and be photographed for promotional purposes for use by the Promoter and their associate companies.
20. The prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
21. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself, or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
