As a mum to an almost 3-year-old, working full time and juggling nursery drop-offs, commuting and everything else that comes with family life, I need a car that's practical and comfortable without feeling like I've completely sacrificed style – and the Polestar 2 has ticked all the boxes.

Our mornings involve the usual nursery chaos, so having a car that's straightforward to use makes a real difference. I've found it very easy to get my little one in and out of the Polestar 2, which is particularly useful when you're trying to get everyone out of the house on time.

Even when I'm behind the wheel for an hour, the Polestar 2 doesn't feel like a chore. It's comfortable, refined and makes both short and longer journeys feel calm and enjoyable.

The technology is another big plus.

Everything feels intuitive and easy to use, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to get out of the house on time with a toddler in tow.

I don't want to be spending ages trying to work out how something works when I'm already trying to get everyone organised, and the Polestar 2's technology feels straightforward and accessible.

Combined with the smooth electric driving experience, it gives the car a modern feel without making everyday driving unnecessarily complicated.

This is something that's really important to me.

I love that the Polestar 2 doesn't feel like a typical family car. It's modern, stylish and has a really sleek design.

It feels like a car I'd choose because I genuinely like it, rather than simply because I have a toddler.

I think that's one of the biggest strengths of the Polestar 2 from my perspective. Family-friendly doesn't have to mean boring, and practical doesn't have to mean bulky.
