Lease term
It is important that you determine how long you’ll want your minibus for. Our contracts typically range from 1 to 5 years, with longer leases usually offering lower monthly rentals.
Total contract mileage
You’ll also need to figure out how many miles you plan to drive the minibus over the lease term. A longer contract mileage will result in higher monthly rentals and if you exceed the agreed total you’ll incur Excess Mileage Charges.
Total Contract Mileage can range from 5,000 to 30,000 miles per annum (depending on the funder).
Passenger capacity
Consider the number of passengers you need your minibus to carry. Minibuses come in various sizes and seating configurations. We offer vehicles with 9, 12, 15 and 17 seats.
Driver requirements
Will the staff driving the minibus have a D1 minibus? If not, we have FlexiLite Minibus and Minibus Lite products that’ll enable staff members to drive regardless of whether they have a D1.
Wheelchair accessibility
If you need to transport passengers who require wheelchair access, the minibus will need specific options like ramps or lifts, which will be included in your monthly rental.
Livery or logo
If you want your institution's logo or livery displayed on the minibus, our quotations include sign-writing that will be done before delivery. Logos on the side of your minibus will help your institution to stand out and look smart when on the road.
